Food Do not drink coffee more than once a day Do not have huge meals after 5pm Reduce the amount of oily food Drink more water in the morning,less at night Mobile Answer the mobile phone by left ear Keep hand phone chargers away from you Do not use headphones/earphone for long period of time When battery very low, do not answer the phone Medicine Do not take pills with cool water Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping Follow the directions on the label. Do not take more or less than directed Throw out expired medicine Sleep Avoid Alcohol, caffeine, smoking before going to sleep Make your sleeping time between 10pm to 6am Keep your noise level down at time of sleep Take the TV out of the bedroom
