Some Collected Health Tips

Food
  • Do not drink coffee more than once a day
  • Do not have huge meals after 5pm
  • Reduce the amount of oily food
  • Drink more water in the morning,less at night
  • Mobile
  • Answer the mobile phone by left ear
  • Keep hand phone chargers away from you
  • Do not use headphones/earphone for long period of time
  • When battery very low, do not answer the phone
  • Medicine
  • Do not take pills with cool water
  • Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping
  • Follow the directions on the label. Do not take more or less than directed
  • Throw out expired medicine
  • Sleep
  • Avoid Alcohol, caffeine, smoking before going to sleep
  • Make your sleeping time between 10pm to 6am
  • Keep your noise level down at time of sleep
  • Take the TV out of the bedroom
